Bill Hostettler
Bill Hostettler has over 40 years of experience in the real estate business. A native of Nashville, TN, he is the third generation of his family to be in real estate. The majority of that time was spent in his family’s real estate company, Hostettler Realty. Bill has led the development of numerous Nashville communities and neighborhoods, helping expand residential options for individuals and families seeking high-quality homes for rent or purchase.
Mr. Hostettler serves as the Chief Manager of Craighead Development and is a lifetime member of the Nashville Board of Realtors million-dollar club. He is a past president of the Young Realtors Council and attended Middle Tennessee State University. His expertise drives HND Realty’s commitment to thoughtful planning, community-oriented development, and modern home design.
Carl Neuhoff
Carl Neuhoff, also a native Nashvillian, serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the company. Before partnering with Mr. Hostettler, Neuhoff worked in the Tennessee state government’s budget office for nine years, where he most recently served as Director of Budget. Mr. Neuhoff has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Middle Tennessee State University, where he also received his bachelor’s degree.
