They send out neighborhood reminders for bills, events, community rules and scheduled maintenance. Maintenance is always timely for my requests and the grounds are always left clean. If there are any issues, management will deal with it timely. The price is comparable to the surrounding apartment communities, only you also get a double garage, washer & dryer, yard and your own home in that price."
