HND Realty is a residential and commercial real estate brokerage, property developer, and rental management provider serving the greater Nashville, Tennessee metro. We develop, lease, and manage residential communities across Davidson County — in neighborhoods such as Old Hickory and Antioch — including townhome rentals like Robinson Rowhouse, Timber Trails, and Cottages at Mt. View, and for-sale homes at Parkhaven, a 55+ community. Our Nashville Native Founders
As a residential and commercial real estate brokerage, property developer, and rental management provider, HND Realty is built on decades of local expertise and deep community roots. Our founders are real estate specialist Bill Hostettler and finance expert Carl Neuhoff, both proud natives of Nashville.
Bill Hostettler
Bill Hostettler has over 40 years of experience in the real estate business. A native of Nashville, TN, he is the third generation of his family to be in real estate. The majority of that time was spent in his family’s real estate company, Hostettler Realty. Bill has led the development of numerous Nashville communities and neighborhoods, helping expand residential options for individuals and families seeking high-quality homes for rent or purchase.
Mr. Hostettler serves as the Chief Manager of Craighead Development and is a lifetime member of the Nashville Board of Realtors million-dollar club. He is a past president of the Young Realtors Council and attended Middle Tennessee State University. His expertise drives HND Realty’s commitment to thoughtful planning, community-oriented development, and modern home design.
Carl Neuhoff
Carl Neuhoff, also a native Nashvillian, serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the company. Before partnering with Mr. Hostettler, Neuhoff worked in the Tennessee state government’s budget office for nine years, where he most recently served as Director of Budget. Mr. Neuhoff has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Middle Tennessee State University, where he also received his bachelor’s degree.
Carl’s leadership ensures that every HND Realty community, from rental homes to new-build developments, is managed with financial integrity, operational efficiency, and long-term value in mind.
