Founders
Bill Hostettler
Bill Hostettler has 40+ years in the real estate business. A native of Nashville, TN, he is the third generation of his family to be in real estate. The majority of that time was spent in his family’s real estate company, Hostettler Realty. Mr. Hostettler has focused exclusively on commercial real estate and especially residential development for the last twenty years. Mr. Hostettler serves as the Chief Manager of Craighead Development and is a lifetime member of the Nashville Board of Realtors million dollar club. He is a past president of the Young Realtors Council and attended Middle Tennessee State University. Mr. Hostettler uses his experience in the industry in the areas of planning and product development.
Carl Neuhoff
Carl Neuhoff, also a native Nashvillian, serves as the chief financial and administrative officer for the companies. Before partnering with Mr. Hostettler, Neuhoff worked in the governor’s budget office for the state of Tennessee, over a period of nine years, where he last served in the capacity as Director of Budget. Mr. Neuhoff has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance from Middle Tennessee State University, where he also received his bachelor’s degree.
